Hey brother if possible, can you measure the Front Output play on your old and new box? I just spend a weekend changing the front output bearing and flange and I still have the same 0.005" or 5 thousandths play (up and down). Its a roller, not a tapper bearing so this could be normal for all I know. ANY input or information you got on this play would be appreciated!! Also, I ordered a TomWoods Double Cardan drive shaft cuz at 75mph the front end is shaking itself apart and pulling my teeth fillings out even after new UJ's.. 2" med TF springs and then the 3deg Caster arms made for a vibration heaven on my rig.

Hi kris, I’m not changing my transfer box but I believe a little bit of play is normal, maybe it’s some play in the diff?

@@TheNorthernExplorer If possible, measure your front play for us both to know! Be a really easy time to change the bearing with the T-box off as its the first bearing to go. Definitely worth a reseal on it once out! Thanks for posting, might have to pull my T-box if i cant sort this out.. Diff is good and soild

I’m sorry I don’t know how to measure the play, I will be checking my transfer box though while it’s all out
