Assuming Tony isn't part of a routine repair job for "compelling television" and this is his style of management then he needs to learn to delegate. FFS have a protective plate you slide over the crowbar ya dolts.......

the dozer they put the ripper on wasnt the same.. the inside cab footage of her trying to lock the pins was an older dozer lol

These shows are ridiculously dramatic. If all farmers handled breakdowns like this they would never get crops out of the field. Waste of time watching this
