2mg / lit is the amount to add in water by making solution seperately.. I have 159 gal tank, it contains 605 lit approx water. I use 1.21 gm pp and make solution seperately and then put it in my main tank. then after when its turns brown i use 2 cup of hydrogen peroxide solution to make the tank full crystal clear. Time to turning brown depends on the organic matter inside the tank. I have used pp for the gill fukes treatment for my clown loach ..He was infected severely....

Not only that after doing this treatment with pp and hydrogen peroxide you cant do another treatment within 4 or 5 days.. You have to change 50% water after 4 or 5 days the pour new water and do the treatment in the same way.. If you have severe gill flukes the you need to treat after 4 days and for 7 times... It means it is a one month treatment.. But if you have Cottonwool desease with gill flukes then you have to do this every day upto 10 days and then repeat this within every 4 days up to 20 days more.

It is necessary to repeat the pp treatment bcoz the eggs layed by the gill flukes(Dactylogyrus) can not be destroyed by pp or paracidol or praziquentel(the most effective antibiotic to treat gill flukes and skinn flukes only). So the egges will hatch inbetween 3 to 5 days so we need to repeat this treatment for 30 days. to completely remove the flukes or it will return again and again.. Here i Have seen vineel bhai telling not to add salt.. This is totally wrong. U have to check the salinity or the saturtion level of salt firsh and if any fish have injury on its scale or the gills have started to rot due to the flukes or bacterial infection then any salt can cause severe irritation to fish or u can add very less amount of rock salt(only) if you are applying on healthy fish. Btw I have A 159 gal Frontossa and Ntt Tank with some clown loach and geophagus.

Not sure Sir as I haven't given pp to goldfish and neither heard from any breeder Different fishes have different medications so it's highly advisable to connect with a reputed breeder or your local fish store for such medications

Just to add issues like gill fluck or fish coming to the top, fish rubbing it self on surface, fish added to a community tank , first step to fight ich, white spots. Please keep 5 days gap as it can be fatal to fish.. to be ona safe side,use measurements- 1 mg per 10 liters.hope this helps
