Shamim Ahmed zolendronic acid is not used as a main treatment for mm. But we use it when there is excessive involvement of bone lesions

my mother diagnosed by multiple myeloma 10 months ago,, Dr. have given him 18 weekly chemotherapy. And the current blood report is good like RBC, WBC, HB and UA. but still she is facing lot of pain in legs, and we have to give him a pain killer on daily basis. As per suggestion of Dr., she is taking lenalidomide capsules in (15 mg) 21 days in a month and zoledronate therepy after 28 day. But no relief in leg pain, pls suggest what to do... Plz reply me..

Does a slight increase in serum calcium level indicate myeloma ? As in, increase by 0.1 or 0.2 units only ?

It inhibits the action of ADH causing polyuria
