Start of the DLC with Adel
Been looking forward to this DLC since Adel and Rozalin are my favorite couple out of the Disgaea series. I also like Almaz and Sapphire,but I just like A&R more,hehe.
I also decided not to put up a watermark for the DLC videos,as I don't see a point to it(There's no actual gameplay from me,anyways),pretty sure others will also post their videos of the DLC along the way.

Wow, Valvatorez seems a lot like Laharl's father. As in he's a demon, but he's also nice and gentlemanly.

The demons in Veldime apparently age physically like humans till 20, so that would explain him and other demons in D2 Also even though the fans have agreed to the 1=100 years, the aging doesn't seem to happen evenly. Even though Etna is only 100+ years older than Laharl, at the time he was born she was already working in the castle and had enough emotional maturity to be actually jealous of Laharl, especially the attention he got from his father Krichevskoy.

Just hope there's another Disgaea game featuring him then, it will be even more merrier if they include all the main character from every Disgaea into 1 storyline

Actually Valvatorez's remark at 6:06 is right. All the Netherworld demons are getting stronger and stronger- compare the strength of the Prinny of the Seven Yakshas in the endgame v.s earlier on. Within 100 years or so (if we're being logical), things will definitely back the old balance of power in the Netherworld with the Hades Party being weaker than ex-president Hugo, weaker than the Yakshas, and possibly even a match for the Brutes. This isn't because they're getting weaker (and assumes Tyrant Valvatorez won't get his old power back), but because their foes are getting stronger.

The Hades Party only won because their enemies depended on Fear Energy whereas the Hades Party didn't use it. Given this is the only explanation for the contrast between Emizel's hype and reality, it's safe to assume they actually will fit the feats he attributes to them. I doubt the Hades Party, by contrast, can gain anywhere as much from Fear energy. Fuka's a Prinny, Fenrich uses moon energy, Valvatorez Sardines, and Desco likely something completely differently. With the Fear Energy supply returning, the Hades Party are inevitably going to lose their grip unless Valvatorez becomes the Tyrant again. Even if he does, however, there are plenty of possible challengers.

Parts of God are overhyped. The "God" portrayed in Disagea 4's universe is way, way overhyped.

@GohanxAmyxRagna I think it's pretty much "tradition" now to add every main protagonist from the previous games,lol. Since Laharl,Etna, and Flonne showed up in all of em,but this also applies to the other NIS related characters from the previous DLC and the non-DLC ones. Such as Zetta,Mao,Prier,and so on.

@LuminousSymphony I have thought about that,but really a more suitable approach,is a video for ALL of DLC skills,like the other skill exhibition vidoes out there. Which I'm sure someone will do along the way anyways,lol. But yeah,to me,it just...seems odd doing a video for like two characters,and showing off a few skills. If anything,I'll probably add like a few more DLC characters and do a skill exhibition for that bunch or something. But thank you for asking.

@greencomet2011 I did say DLC AND the non-DLC ones. Mao and Prier are characters that came to mind as characters of returning DLC.

ok, i wondered what would happen if you crossed promise freak 1 Adel with promise freak 2 Valvatorez, hoped much more like, they starting to discuss the importance of promises and everyone else getting scared, anoyed, or both about those 2 promise freaks and ended up leaving them or the likes

I enjoy conversations or debates like this. I also don't have a problem with being corrected/proven wrong. If I'm going to be proven wrong, I would prefer it be done by using actual facts or an intelligent response. Name calling and shouting crap leads to me not caring about what else they have to say.

I see,I had no idea that his name was foreign. I only know of the references for Laharl and Etna,not sure about Flonne. Yeah,I understood what you meant about Prier from your previous comment. I never paid attention to her character or the series,so I didn't know it was suppose to be a french name. But thank you for sharing this info.,out of all the players who have played this series. None of them cared or even knew about this.

No, because when you are trying to spell the name of a foreign name, or a name not present in Japanese, you mimic the pronunciation only. If it was spelled Adel, it would be Ay-del, or Adle instead of Ah-del, which was intended. And by Japanese material I'm referring to the original Japanese handbooks merchandise. Also for Priere, they didn't add an E, that's the intended name, since it's french in origin. Hence Pu-ri-eh, not Pu-ri-eh-re. The translation is done by NISA, not a 3rd party

I've never heard of any Disgaea game where you have the option of switching from english to japanese text. If you mean,having the option to switch between english and japanese voices. Then yes,all Disgaea games have that option.

@DisgaeMi Adell is the english translation of his name. In japanese,the Katakana symbols for his name are: a-de-ru アデル The same can be said for Priere when it's just plan Prier. I am quite familiar with the Disgaea series since the first Disgaea game was released in 2003. I know my character names thank you very much,if i choose to call Adel,then that's my own business,and I would appreciate it of not being corrected like that.

@luffy717 It's really not a secret,since there are videos showing How to power level,and I think there's a guide on it at GameFAQs. Basically,some leveling of characters,getting skills,evil symbols and equipment is mainly involved for power leveling. In short,it's a lot of work,which it's always been like that in the Disgaea series.

@luffy717 I'm pretty sure the main requirement is to beat the main story first,it's been like that with the previous games. As for a certain lvl,it doesn't really matter,but just be lvl ready to take on the DLC characters. If you must know,my characters I use range from over 1,000 to 5,000.

why is adell fighting such powerful people he at the end of his game LOST to Overlord Zenon(story line not in the battle) and was only saved because of hidden super power from his friend

Actually, it's not 'Adel' or 'Prier', you seem to have the mindset that because you checked their names in Wikipedia that is what they were meant to be. You do not know how Japanese names are actually used, especially Katakana. Which is used to mimic the sound of a name. Priere's name is actually プリエ(pu-ri-eh). In french, that is roughly how you pronounce Priere. Adell was Adell even in Japanese material, which used Adell with アデル because otherwise his name couldn't be pronounced in Japanese.

So basically,if Adell was his official name. Wouldn't it be Ade-ru-ru? That's what it sounds like. And what Japanese material are you referring? I do have the pages of the japanese artbook. Only the english artbook,translates his name to "Adell". Btw,I didn't check the names off the Wiki thanks. I have played the games since the first Disgaea 1,I don't need to rely on wikis to remember the names. I only mentioned Prier,because in the english they added an E,that's all I stated.

Also,while we're on names. This has been bothering me for a while,mainly with Marona's name. In the japanese dialouge,and her name in Japanese,it's spelled and pronounced as "Ma-ro-ne". But the English just spells it/says it as Marona. Is there an explanation for that one letter change too?

Apparently saying you checked wikipedia for the names is "name-calling", because you claimed that Adell's real name was Adel, because in Katakana it's アデル. I corrected that this is incorrect based on how Japanese and Katakana is used in the first place. You're previous reply admitted this, then you deleted that, and wrote this one apparently.

I deleted a previous comment? Only thing I cleared up was spamming and pointless arguing from trolls. To be honest,if it's a comment I deleted last week it's probably because I did a typo or I was typing too fast. I'm not here to correct others,nor saying I'm a japanese expert,Far from it. I only attempted to learn the basics from a japanese language book. I only back up my comments,since morons throw a shit fit when I spell a character's name wrong. I have better things to do,then run around correcting everyone who I think is wrong,when I say it as I want it. If they want to say it as Adell,it's fine. I'm not the one who's throwing a tantraum about it,not implying you btw.
