@PinoyKun32 He sounds closer to some of his deeper voice roles in other games and anime like Chad in Bleach and Iron Tager in Blazblue.

I was about to say "Another voice change... *sigh*" but then I realised I've never heard Kurtis's voice before :S There are quite a fair few annoying voice changes in the series, I'm starting to expect them now!

What is wrong with the portrait sprite? It looks like he has a shell on his belly but on the full body sprite there is nothing there.
