very helpful kabayan, I watched it because I'm about to put up my house on a slopy surface but the roadside is below my lot. Would like to ask more if it's not much of a trouble. A very informational video. Would be better to mount the camera on a stand because the video is too shaky and gets viewers distracted or uncomfortable. all in all liked the content

The third choice is the best. Ganyan din yung lot na nabili ko.. pero is it possible na yung lower part ay gawing ground floor nlng... so yung higher part will be the first floor, then mag add ng isa png floor to make it two storeys ...

May lupa akong nabili sa Tagaytay City along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway malapit sa Breakfast at Antonio's. Ganyan ganyan ang sitwasyon... siguro mas matarik pa ang slope or incline. Siguro pag nakahanap na ako ng affordable architect... maski bagong graduate... yan ang isa-suggest kong solution sa problema. Gusto ko kasing tayuan ng restaurant o pasalubong store. Sana lumaki na ang ipon para nasimulan na. Salamat at nagkaroon ako ng magandang ideya galing saiyo.

Very helpful. I have a project na the same condition as this one. Road then the lot slopes down from the road. Ang naging approach ko ay the same din ng ginawa mo Arch. Split level din. may step down sa loob and also yun Reverse Living / Plan. Bedrooms ang nasa road side. Though hindi naman masyado malapit sa road para di maingay. Medyo malaki kasi lot.

Tama kayo architect, pag full na tambak...kawawa si kapitbahay at magastos din para sa client. May nagpapadesign sa akin ngyon ng bahay ganyan na ganyan ang site condition katabing daan.. gusto ng may-ari.. tindahan ang harap at gusto nya tambak talaga. Challenging din dahil wala gano budget si client, isa syang ofw na di nman kalakihan pa kita. salamat po sir may natutunan po ako dito..sa susunod naman po sa lupa na mataas pero pantay .. kami po yung pinakataas na lote mag mula sa baba pataas po kasi..pero corner lot po kami may daan din po kasi sa taas..pwede po ba gumawa ng second floor doon or bungalow type lang po.. salamat po sa knowledge na ibinibigay nyo sa amin..nagustuhan ko rin po yung iniisip nyo ang mga katabing bahay.. godbless po🙏
