Disneyland After Dark Disney Channel Nite takes place on March 5 & 7, 2024! Highlights included a Phineas and Fern Dance Party in Tomorrowland, a High School Musical X Zombies Pep Rally, DescenDANCE show, themed snacks, photo ops, character meets, and more! The event sold out but I’ll keep you updated if it returns next year!
Tips for visiting Disney Channel Nite:
📣 PEP RALLY - The HSM and Zombies Pep Rally runs from It’s a Small World to Main Street, U.S.A. BUT you’ll want to ensure that you’re watching from where the mini parade stops. It’s marked on the map, but there’s one near Small World, another near the Tomorrowland entrance in front of the castle, and another in the middle of Main Street. The dancers go ALL OUT to several songs!
🥨 SNACKS - My favorite snack of the night was the Cookie & Cream Whoopee Pie at Jolly Holiday! It was super soft and not too sweet! $6.99, mobile order available, but this did sell out!
💥 CHARACTER TIPS - Mickey & Minnie wear High School Musical outfits near the Fantasyland Theatre. They allowed guests to meet them before the party started, but they had some of the longest lines of the night! I would try to line up before 8pm. Also, Kim Possible and Tim Possible face characters walk around Adventureland, so they don’t have a designated meeting spot. Finally, the line for the Lilo and Stitch character meets near Buzz Lightyear goes pretty quickly, so don't worry if they are long.
👕 MERCH & EARLY CHECKIN - If you’re already inside the park when it opens, you can checkin at the Starcade in Tomorrowland. There’s also a Disney Channel wand photo op and merchandise, including shirts, sweaters, pins, and more!
🔑 MAGIC KEY FREEBIE - Don’t miss the free Magic Key patch near Hungry Bear on the path to Galaxy’s Edge. They hand them out all night while supplies last to Magic Key holders.
