It's odd how Oogie Boogie has always been pushed as one of the core, staple Disney villains when Nightmare Before Christmas is not even part of their main animation studio and he was in said film for like 7 minutes.

a motivation that sadly no movie focusing on a villain protagonist has gotten right yet. A villain that is only helping because they can't rule the world if its destroyed, or the new enemy is conquering or messing up what this villain wants to conquer or their own schemes.

Interesting. It seems that in the mirrorverse, the Disney villains of that universe are fighting the same enemy as the heroes. Makes you wonder who the main villain is, and if the heroes and villains of the Disney mirrorverse are going to team up to defeat their mutual enemy.

it's kind of working out that way. the story is in the mirror verse all the characters know each other to the point where Rapunzel can call Captain Sparrow by his first name and they can trade barbs with Maleficent without throttling each other. make no mistake the villains are still villainous but more antagonistic than straight up evil

The trailer portrays Jafar as being above the other villains, manipulating them according to his own master plan, and I’m hoping that is indeed the case. It’s so in-character for Jafar. After all, he’s led all the Disney Villains before.

No. Most of the time it’s Maleficent but honestly leadership changes in different stories. Jafar was the Leader in House of Mouse: House of Villains.

This is the 3rd time I've seen this game released as new. Was fun for a week on the iPad back in 2019. But unless they changed the heavy power creep and paywalls, it's a rich kids game.
