I had seem this a while ago and I was like "I hope I can get the stuff to do this and I can get good enough to make this" and I finally got some nose and scar wax and liquid latex for Christmas. I thought you could use liquid latex to put it on but I don't want to try and do that and waste the stuff so I was wondering if liquid latex would hold it onto my skin

Maybe you should consider a new foundation. When the foundation oxidizes it becomes darker and it is not the best match. If you like the way it feels then use a white foundation and mix it in to make it lighter. Just a suggestion. And if these tips seem familiar then you must know Glam&Gore.
