I know that you made this makeup to give us ideas, if we did it, put the sword to give even more impression and fear, but as Shan Yu didn't die of that, you could pretend to have the face burned and make the effect with moldable wax, it would be great. This is probably an old battle scar for Shan Yu, lol - dude is pretty indestructible. I was actually a little creeped out once you got the skin color-matched with the prosthetic because you were so unrecognizable! Also, it looks like a base for The Monster from a movie that used to be my favorite and I now want to find streaming, "No Such Thing." I think you'd enjoy if you haven't already seen it, Kat. It's less cute with a creepy twist and more... creepy and mind-bending with a cute twist.

Philisa Hobbs different stippling sponges have a different colours depending on how dense and course it is :) so a red one is very soft and has very small holes, an orange one is a little less dense, and black ones are firm and scratchy :)
