Best part of the video was when you were under the bed talking about carpet. I listen to the video more than watch while I'm at work, but I glanced during the end of that moment and thought, "wait...was he under the bed?!" I scrolled back the video to confirm, and sure enough. 😆

OKW is my parents home resort! It will always hold a special place in my heart (can't purchase points being a resident of WA state 😩), it certainly doesn't get enough love. OKW has the largest rooms of any DVC resort, the recent remodel was done so well. Best section to be in, South Point! Thank you Nate for giving OKW some love!

It truly is a lovely resort. Stayed here in 2014 in a one bed villa. It was massive for 2 adults and 2 children. It will always hold a special place in my heart. However, dining choices were limited on the then dining plan as it's a DVC resort. We weren't DVC, booked directly with WDW. The mosquitos loved the balcony and front door area due to much of the resort being surrounded by water. They loved me!! Downside is that it is a massive resort and buses to the the parks can take a while. Fond memories of OKW. Thanks Nate for your Vlog. x

Hi Nate, love your new cheerful video here. Your personality is infectious, can't stop watching it, lol. My wife and I are dvc members and love old key west, they are the biggest rooms on Disney. It's very peaceful, each section has its own pool area. We were told in June, when we stayed there, that the dvds will not be there much longer. The tvs will be able to hook up to your Bluetooth device and you will play videos that way.

Such a fun video, I loved the vacuum test. My family owns DVC but have never been ti OKW and now I want to go. Also I just wanted to say an adult who has been around for more than 50 years, I just found out you don’t have to wait 30 minutes before you go in the water. My entire world is shook from this information. Thank you for all the great videos you’re making, we really love them.

So glad you liked OKW...that is our home resort since the 1990s. It is still our favorite of all the DVC we've sampled.

The issue with OKWR is that it's built like a huge condominium complex. It's so big that there's actually a Disney bus that provides free transportation from the main building/hospitality house to the numerous buildings. There are a couple of pools- all good, but not at every building so you might have a long walk or have to take the bus to get to a nearby pool. If you get a room, do your research so you're near a pool and Olivias Cafe. There are more dining options at Disney Springs which doesn't require entrance to the theme park.

I've rented DVC points from a different company in the past and agree that it's a great way to stay at the deluxe resorts for a much more affordable price! One difference is that you do have to pay up front and it's not refundable, which I know became an issue for a lot of people who booked stays that ended up being during the pandemic. Otherwise, definitely a great option and I'm glad you got this sponsorship - congrats! :)

So crazy to see you giving tour of the room we stayed in when we met you in May. We loved it there and the staff will be the memory you take with you. They are off the charts amazing compared to any high end Disney resorts. Taking us around in the golf cart with our food deliveries nightly to save us time blew our minds. Hope you enjoy that tub as well , it’s the last resort that still has them and they’ll be gone soon they said. Heads up too on the ice machines. They were pulling them from all the bud stops when we were there. Now you must a bit farther than usual to get it. Other than that OKW is our favorite for sure. Cheers bro.

Just when I didn’t think it was possible to adore you more than we already do…. You compare vacuum cleaners ❤️ Absolutely awesome video but they all are. The sauna had my husband cracking up so much. If you want sometime, we’ll give you hammock lessons. We go camping in them.

Anyhoo, We don't miss a Video, and like many others say you are such an inspiration and therapy to watch. Vacuums and Underbed space 🤣. All the disney insights are brilliant. Thank you for a good day at Key West. I enjoyed watching the "Old Key West" perspective, you nailed it. The DVC tie-in is nice, they do offer a lot of useful information on their platform for rentals and purchasing DVC location points. Please take a trip around all the resorts!
