I got my natural rhythm again by taking my shoes off watching the sun rise. feet on the earth. doing same for sunset. used this time to give thanks for the good things in my life. then went to bed about 2 hours after sunset. and one key thing. don't look at a monitor or screen after turning off the lights. get the electronic s away from your bed. worked for me, but took awhile to figure out the electronic part. the light from the screen will mess up your natural rhythm :) blessings
