I think not just a screen grab of the Genie Plus tip, but recording someone actually doing it would be really helpful at explaining the Genie Plus tip. I think many people are confused as to where to tap for genie plus. I know I'm confused by this one.

I was confused too 😂 I think they mention something about not refreshing but you wouldn’t refresh if it showed you the time you wanted already. And sometimes clicking to the next screen, you will lose that new time. But I couldn’t tell what they did that would have locked it in so it didn’t change.

Wait…what? We consider ourselves to be G+ veteran users but that G+ tip was confusing. A pause in the screen capture with an arrow to show what specifically to tap would be helpful.

Yeah, I’m confused too as to how clicking on the time on the tip board (even if you don’t refresh) guarantees you that time. You’re still taken to that next screen where the available time could change if someone else was faster than you 🤷🏻‍♀️

Instead of refreshing (pulling down on the screen), click the time as if selecting. And go back and keep doing that until a different time appears. Because then you aren't going through two screens

i love the girl math tip. We did that in the past with the dining package. It wasn't cheaper than pay as you go, but having paid for everything in advance took the sting out of shelling out so much money for food.

The gift card hack is one we did when we were there in February. It paid for all of our food for the trip. We did spend some out of pocket if a person had a sudden urge for a Mickey bar on their own, but having meals paid for in advance really looked good on the credit card statement after the trip. We don't use Disney Dining because it doesn't pay. Using your own gift cards gives a lot more freedom.

Sangria University is AMAZING-I highly recommend it; it's a new favorite "must-do" for a Coronado resort day! The cast members who lead the class are wonderful (and super-duper funny too)!

When my brother and I went to Skipper Canteen in June 2021, I was prepared to ask for the “secret” Brazilian cheese bread. However, our waitress automatically just told us about the Brazilian cheese bread as an appetizer! So not a secret menu item?!? Anyways, loved the theatrics of this video! Like others, the Genie+ tip was confusing. We use Genie+ all the time in Disneyland so I’m familiar with how the app works but the explanation wasn’t clear. Maybe showing it more slowly and explaining it as you do it? 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the only things at Disney my brother will eat are fries! Even if fries are not shown on the menu, most sit-down restaurants have them. It shouldn’t be hard to find them at quick services. You can find the menus of every restaurant on property in the My Disney Experience App, and of course follow Emma’s advice and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
