Jada Lightning McQueen with Opening Hood & Tire Rack 1/24 Scale

In early 2017, Jada launched their new Disney Cars die-cast line, starting off with Lightning McQueen. He is 1/24 scale, has an opening hood and includes a tire rack with whitewall tires that can be interchanged with his Lightyear tires. However, the swapping process is quite long and difficult because the entire car must be taken apart.
For a better viewing experience, set the quality of this video to 1080p!

That silver thing on the back of McQueen is where the pit crew would insert the catch can which is a can used to catch excess fuel whenever they are refueling during a pit stop

6:41 Face Reveal!!!! kinda. A tip for the stuck Lightyear tire, try putting soap on it and jiggle it out. If that doesn't work use butter.

That silver thing on the back is for fuel over fill to catch it, race team sarge has something called a "catch can" to catch the fill that got over filled. You can see it during the pit stop scene at the end of cars 1.

Sweet review! This Lightning is actually pretty nice! The white walls kind of look cool just on the back and his regular ones on the fronts. It seems like his expression sums up his personality in some of Cars 1.

Awesome review man! I do want to get this and all of the other 1:24 scale cars that Jada makes. I hope they make Mater with a working tow cable and either the lamp or some creates! I do like the tire changing gimmick but it's not really something I'm into. Maybe with the Dinoco McQueen since you can give him his bling bling tires but still. It sucks that your instructions only worked half way though, and don't worry, I didn't really see your face so it's all good. But technically they put the RSTeam McQueen on the box because he has the WGP modifications, but he has the town sponsors and the silver bolts on his fender. This Jada McQueen would have looked great with a yellow trim on the red rims too.

At 2:27, that wasn't the WGP lightning mcqueen, you can tell because the image of mcqueen has the lightning bolt sticker and the sponsor logos, unlike the cars 2 Mcqueen. That version of mcqueen is what i think is called the "Radiator Springs Team Lightning Mcqueen" and it can be found in one of the pixar shorts, "Tales from Radiator Springs". I think that version of mcqueen will appear in Cars 3. I also liked this video and keep up the great work, RCcars5!

Cool that mcqueen remember me one mcqueen that i got when i was a kid :o my mcqueen is was the mcqueen that appear in the final of cars 1 and in the credits parts you can replace all the parts was cool the girl who cleaned my house stole the middle of mi diecasts :( now is fired NICE REVIEW RC!

Hey RCcars5, i recently purchased Cars 3 JadaToys Die Cast 1:24 Jackson Storm and Lightening McQueen with Tire Rack, but can't find Dinoco Cruz Ramirez with Tire Rack anywhere. Not in stores, not online...not even on JadaToys.com I see it shown on back of box, but i'm worried she doesn't exist.. Have you seen her, or know where i can find her? THX

I don't think Dinoco Cruz has been released yet. Jada will probably release her in a month or two. Don't worry about it. Just give it time. :)

That tube on the back is a place for the fuel overflow tank. To keep fuel from running out and spilling in the Pit area, this is done in nascar races

White wall tires! Also when you said the basic McQueen did you mean with and without tire rack or just with? I wonder if the tires come off of the normal one. Well the only purpose for that would be to recreate the tires bursting in cars 1. Couldn't the RCCars5 instructions work if you just don't push down as much? Too many comments are "Face reveal!"
