It encompasses two theme parks, resort hotels, Disney Nature Resorts, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex, and a golf course. Disneyland Park is the original theme park of the complex, opening in 1992. A second theme park, Walt Disney Studios Park, opened in 2002. Disneyland Paris celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2022; by then 320 million people had visited, making it the most visited theme park in Europe

Hi Nate ! Charline from DLP here. You’re right, what we call « Beignet » in french is actually every donut that doesn’t have a hole is the middle. Only the donuts with the hole in the middle will be called « Donut » here 🙂 If you’re looking for actual beignets like you’re expecting, you’ll have to look for « Bottereaux » which are not really common in the Paris area. Great video !

I was 6 1/2 years old when Disneyland opened. I am a native SoCal girl. Haven't been able to go there for about 40 years cuz of finances. You brought me the magic again with your beautiful video. Their version of the Haunted Mansion, Phantom Manor, is the best HM out of all the Disney parks! Also, I love how Phantom Manor and Big Thunder share a storyline to tie together both rides and the entire land they reside in.

As a former Cast member. Thank for appreciating and loving our Phantom Manor. What you said it's totally true. Most likely the Whole Frontierland links with the backstory of our Phantom Manor Not to mention the owner of Mansion is the same person who runs Big Thunder Mountain which is Henry Ravenswood. The Only Haunted Mansion where you walk in the Front Door

French viewer here. I usually watch you for DisneyWorld tips as I’m going for the first time this summer. I go often to our French park and love it. Little Indiana Jones coaster fact. It was supposed to be a temporary coaster. When the park opened in 92, space mountain wasn’t ready, so they quickly made Indiana as a fill-in. That’s why it’s not as themed, as well done as the rest of the park. That coaster was supposed to be taken down after space mountain opened. But when it finally opened, people loved the Indiana coaster so they kept it. When I was little it used to run backwards which was so scary to me.

It’s been enjoyable to watch you be enthusiastic and step out of your comfort zone to try new things during this series. Being open minded and willing to try things goes a long way when traveling internationally…..please remember that if you get inspired to visit the Asia Disney parks one day! 😊 Hong Kong is probably the next easiest to experience in my opinion after Paris due to the park size, followed by Tokyo (spend a lot of time at the Tokyo parks if one day able, as they are wonderful). Shanghai is the most culturally different and challenging location to navigate for westerners from my experience.

As an expat living in the UK, dlp is our disney. I am so glad that you went and did this. I always felt that dlp didn't get much love from disney fans, but this seems to be changing. I love how much you love this park and that you showcased dlp.

Used to be a tradition for me that when i went to the magic kingdom i would get a hair cut at the barbers on main street, but now it's a place for babies to get their 1st hair cut. Great to see DLP is still offering a proper hair cut.

Nate, Beignet is simply the French word for donut 🍩 New Orleans beignets are a different style donut, but still basically a doughnut. So, they did get it right 😄 Fun video!

I'm new to your channel and was so happy to see you enjoy my city of London. Your happy demeanor is contagious, you gave me ideas of restaurants to visit in my home town. I visited Disneyland Paris for the first time for their 20th anniversary, it feels just as magical seeing it again through your eyes. Thank you for giving us this amazing content 😊

I can't wait to take my kids there! But would rather wait until they are little older to really enjoy and have memories for a lifetime. But each Disney Paris video I watch makes me want to leave tomorrow.

I’m planning on a London/Paris/Disneyland Paris trip for my birthday next year so it’s been so fun getting a little peek of what I’m to expect through your videos. I went for the first time in June 22 with my boyfriend, it was my first time overseas, my first time on a plane and of course, my first time in Disney...ever! It changed my life. Disney is just so magical and I'm forever grateful that I got to go. Hoping to go to Disney World Florida next year 🙏

U will love Disney in Florida. There r 4 parks, 2 water parks and a Shopping district. Remy's ride is In EPCOT.

I always felt that Disneyland Paris has some of the best parades. Even though their rides aren't as good as ones at the other parks IMO. Kinda the same with the fireworks show. When Disney World was doing Happily Ever After, it reminded me so much of stuff that Paris had already done like 5 years earlier

You’re right - Disneyland Paris was the first ever Disney park to have a projections/fireworks nighttime show in 2012, 5 years before Happily Ever After was inspired by Paris’s show.

I am a Disneyland Paris Annual pass holder. It is my happy place and I love the Paris park so much. I have shared the magic with family, friends and sometimes just me days. It is beautiful. There are also two arcades that run inside the full length of Main Street equally as lovely and great to get away from the crowds. Glad you had a magical day 😀

The castle straight out of Disney animated sleeping beauty artwork by Eyvind Earle; the stylized topiaries. The gorgeous park courtesy Tony Baxter’s team. So happy the new dvc at Disneyland Anaheim is taking a cue from Earle’s artwork.

As former Cast member Here's a cool fact, the main reason why our DLP Sleeping Beauty Castle looks straight out of Fairytale books is beacause....we French and Europeans have and see castles all over our Mainland. The Imagineers were worried that we would be bored that. That's why they built a Animated castle. On top of that, there's a specific symbol on top of the Tower which is this one ⚜️. Golden Lily Flowers It represents the Coat of Arms of the Old Regim of Country when we used have Kings and Queens around

The walkway at 46.00 is really useful when it rains and if it is cold, which happens most of the time in Paris. I remember being there before the park officially opened to guests in spring of 1992. We were invited as part of the travel industry previews. I have even stayed in the Disneyland Hotel and attended meetings in the circular room at the top of the centre turret. Amazing inside.

My husband had never been to Disneyland in his childhood years. We decided to visit Paris and we're looking for things to do and see. Disneyland Paris is my home park but I didn’t get the chance to go there as much as I wanted to so I live my dream through KZfaqrs videos and so many of them take DLP for granted or spend their time criticising it that it’s a nice change to see your video! I really got heart palpitations (or butterflies lol) hearing how enthusiastic you were. It really made me feel happy and finally I can relate haha! I hope you’ll be back soon to DLP to try out all of the hotels and restaurants and everything ~~

This is wonderful! You should get a Paris annual pass. There aren't many vloggers from North America doing the Euro Park! This is opening a whole new experience to people. Your audience would also grow exponentially if you did. I love the way you covered this park.

Great vlog Nate, we love Disneyland Paris. As other local visitors have said, it’s wonderful that you love it so much but it’s also great how you tell it how it is about some things, e.g., some of the snacks (American park beignets are amazing!!) It is smaller than some of the other parks but the magic is just as big and it’s so, so special. We’re so lucky and privileged to have some Disney magic in Europe.
