@@welcomematte No, I was already grown up when I watched this, "Hannah Montana," both "Suite Life" shows, "Jessie," and "Kim Possible." (When I was teenager, I was watching "So Weird," "The Jersey," and "Jett Jackson.") The shows that followed, save for "Girl Meets World" and "Phineas and Ferb," just were not anywhere near as good.

Every time I see and hear this, I remember how I almost fell out of my chair, because for three seasons we had the exact same opening, and then this masterpiece showed up in the last season! It shocked and surprised me so much! I remember being 15 and nearly falling out of my chair swooning over David Henrie and pretty much everybody's opening because it was just so good!

@@JoshuaModerwell Its possible they weren’t sure if there’d be a season 4 or not. Normally Disney shows are guaranteed 2-3 seasons but since it was so successful it got a 4th. AAAAND since they’re all older and more mature they switched up the vibe of the intro a lil. I could very well be COMPLETELY wrong but just wanted to type i guess pfft sorry

Well folks the sequel series to _Wizards of Waverly Place_ is eventually happening after all which is no surprise cause I remember 3-4 years ago I mentioned and imagine it was going to be one of several Disney Channel series that could get a sequel series following _Raven’s Home_ and now 4 years as of now with both David Henrie and Selena Gomez back to do the sequel pilot for _Wizards of Waverly Place_ I guess the stars have aligned.

I am so excited! This show was my childhood and it's awesome that both David Henrie and Selena Gomez are both on board, without either of them it just wouldn't be the same and Henrie has said that they do plan to bring back more of the original cast for the series order!!

Deadline Hollywood reported in January 2024 that Disney Branded Television had ordered a pilot for a sequel series starring Henrie as a series regular and Gomez as a guest star. The pilot, written by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas, revolves around a powerful young wizard named Billie, who comes to Justin Russo in seek of training and prompts him to pick up his life as a wizard, after he had chosen to live a normal life with his wife and two sons.

I couldn’t believe how Selena Gomez sings like an angel during the intro to season four of Wizards of Waverly Place. Good thing she’s back to making music again after her retirement. At least she’s also still an actress. If only Selena was on a Hulu original series called Only Murders in the Building.
