This is 100% true! My family was given a social worker and we were threatened with child protection plans and even the talk of being taken to court. I thought I was going to lose my children until I said enough was enough and went to my social workers manager without him knowing. I'm pretty sure he was fired because I never saw him again and the case was closed. He was absolutely out to wreck my family and he wasn't going to stop until he succeeded.

Absolute liars... And before any body jumps to their defence I have written proof three social workers under investigation.. One retires. One quit.. And the other one was moved..

I believe you. I had an independent investigation into the entire corrupt SS office. Many were fired, and many were moved sideways. 💐

I started training as a social worker. I didn’t stay. Many other trainees left too. At the end of the day, although more could be done, ultimately the parents and carers are the ones responsible. Society on a whole is breaking down.

Social workers are hardcore criminals, and your rewards are based on the bonuses you get for how many babies you manage to steal. People with ethics and integrity leave immediately because they see what you people are really up to. You use these deaths of children to justify you getting more overriding powers to wade into the lives of children who do not need your help and steal them. Don’t you dare pretend you do honourable work. There are reasons social workers are considered some of the most dangerous and hated people on the planet.

Social services have a lot to answer for BUT there have been many cases that have gone to court and the judges have said the children can remain with their parents, so they need to come under some fire too.

I’ve just watch a documentary about foster care . Basically the council replaces the parents role yet wash their hands of these youngsters when they’re in their teens.

I had social workers in my life for 10 years due to my autistic son and his erratic behaviour. They done nothing but judge as i was a young mum and on benefits. I now have a health and social care degree and will be doing my masters in September. Dont let people make you feel worthless.. go out there and prove them wrong

For many years I worked within the UK C.J.S often dealing with cases involving vulnerable children, we used to have a saying that we'd use every time social services were found to be at the bottom of some disaster or other!. We'd say - "God preserve us from social workers" !. Pretty much a incompetent shambles from top to bottom 🤦

Thanks for uploading this. And it varies so much from area to area, as if there are no national guidelines in place or being followed. I worked in social care for years, in a different sector, but we liaised with children's services. I won't mention the geographical areas, but one was fantastic and did everything as it should be, needs led, lots of support and practical help for the families and regular reviews. When we moved and I took a new job the service was a disgrace. Good parents who had fallen on hard times often lost their families for the most ridiculous reasons, while the ones genuinely at risk were taken off the books as fast as possible because nobody wanted the responsibility. The whole system needs a massive shake up. The right hand often doesn't know what the left hand is doing, when a worker leaves the case notes don't get passed on, it's a mess.

Well finally the shakeup is arriving…/ As the Children’s Trust Criminals up and down the uk….. are being disbanded in September this year as they have killed children in their care!…. Do your research you will find it…. Try putting this in your web search browser….. Sandwell Child Deaths Highest in the Black Country!…. It’s all out there for you to find! This is what should be happening in the News….not bloody Pm or mp’s arguing over this and that….. get the Real story behind the bloody SS and there SW what they have really been doing to children in their Care!

There are so called social workers who have no children or experience of children yet deem themselves above society and deem they have the power to do whatever they like.there are some who have been disiplined and should have been taken of the social worker register but are still in work.these so called social workers are an absolute disgrace

I agree that SW should have working/placement or volunteering experience with children to be professional. However I don’t think people need to have children themselves either biologically or through adoption and fostering to be able to work with children effectively and effectively.

Empathy and knowledge don't require lived experience. No-one undergoing surgery would require their surgeon to have had that surgery themselves, or a psychiatric nurse to have suffered with psychosis in the past. You don't need to be a parent to understand child protection and bad parenting.

Most social services don't have children and it's the number one reason for them to want to work with kids. They don't have a clue, but I believe they did get into the job for the right reasons.

Not just babies. I was taken into care a few times. Hadn’t been abused - I was a young carer and they decided it was best to take me and bounce me from foster homes to children’s homes and back again rather than just give me some support. Never experienced abuse till I was in care

They are the most inept non professional organisation imaginable and need HUGE systemic change. Right now they are absolutely dangerous. They take far too many children into the care system who do not want or need to be there, causing endless suffering and damage to themselves and their families, whilst not being aware enough of the truly dangerous families. The trouble is that they are strangers, disconnected from the communities they are trying to serve. There are a multitude of flaws within the system that seem to create more suffering, rather than less, for the families concerned.

Uneducated inexperienced overworked overloaded with cases a social worker has to go to court for a child to be removed from the home it’s not just the social workers

I worked with juvie psych in NYC as a nurse older foster children were placed in our facility because it's hard to place teens who have psych issues or criminal history he had residents with sexual crimes histories alot of our residents had histories of being born + for drugs and being born to young teen parents in care themselves adoption isn't PUSHED HARD ENOUGH to these teen parents you talk them into cont. The pregnancy provide them a way out of caring for a screaming full time infant if your dealing with a teen who is mentally challenged they can't care for themselves and babies are frequently the result of S.A or full on rape by older men another issue is more than 50% of foster parents are in it for the$ and warehouse children the highest amount of children they are legally allowed to cram into an apt. I've seen s.w move children at extremely high risk for all kinds of abuse in foster care to place yet another child in same home the system is broken
