Really great information. I purchased the large position back in October 26 for about 39 a share. So far with dividends reinvested it’s proving to be a good holding. I think you’re right. The continued trajectory will be somewhere around the mid 50s in 12 months.

Also opened a decent position back in November and December of last year. I feel confident and management ability to grow at a slow steady pace and uphold the dividend. I do have a hard time adding more shares at the current price though. I’ll wait to add until/if it dips back down below 44. Thanks for the analysis!

I am currently stock piling on this stock. The dividend is .098 cents per share with a .01 cents per share dividend increase. Therefore, in 2 years 2026 this stock will be paying $ 1.00 per share. Good money, huh and the stock trades at below $ 75.00 per share. So is doesn't matter how many people have quit smoking because the tobacco companies will just go up on the cost of each pack of cigarettes for those who still stock. The stock dividend is sustainability because people will always smoke because it relaxes them and you have Juul, as well. Smile.

Love Altria. My wife's investment has turned into a 10 bagger. She bought into UST long ago. Altria bought out UST and now she is bringing in an annual dividend that is almost 90% of her total investment in. It makes me a bit jealous!

The thing about Altria is that this is a business that everyone wants to see gone. They have been attacked since the 80s and have had to pivot and shift based on massive market swings, political pressures, consumer behaviors, regulations targeted specifically at harming them, and other serious macroeconomic factors. This company really shouldn't exist given the amount of turmoil they have dealt with, and yet they continue to turn out huge profits. If you don't want to own them because it feels unethical, then whatever. But the people running this company are running it despite all odds, and just not surviving, but turning huge profits no matter what the world throws at them. If you want to put your money behind a company that will survive anything, it would be this company.

Waiting to buy right now

Hey I’m curious to know how old you are. I’m 22 and can’t decide if i want to invest into SCHD or VOO for my primary index fund and i see that VOO is better for young people while SCHD is better for older. I’m wondering what’s your take on it and the difference in growth over the next 20+ years. I live and stand by dividends but I’m curious on which is better.

According to Altria’s website the dividend has been cut twice!!! One in 2007 and the other in 2008. If I’m missing something please let me know

Bought this stock when you did the last video when it was around 42ish. Been great to get some growth. Another stock you have talked about that I've lost on is pool. Is it worth buying this dip or just keep the 7% loss?

I have 93 shares at @44.26 (16.85% profit total gains ) . I’m really thinking about selling it , I don’t know why but atm I don’t fell so comfortable on holding it , idk why. Maiby invest in some Growth dividend etf . What u think about it ?

Just go with a solid MLP with high yield and has more growth. You'll be better off.
