Wow, when you mentioned speaking into the mirror I realized this message was for me. Just the other day I started doing mirror affirmations and had a powerful breakthrough. I started with basic affirmations but then started yelling/screaming at the mirror and saying things that I had no idea where they were coming from. Then crying uncontrollably. Wow! I've just been retrenched and I was with the company 7 years. I don't know what the future holds but don't feel I should go back to the same type of work, I feel I want to create.
