Эта музыкальная тема посвящена Ифану бен Мезд - бывшему паладину, подавшемуся в наёмники, и по совместительству одному из самых харизматичных компаньонов в игре (хотя о чём я, по харизме там один краше другого: надменный аристократ, бард с демоном внутри, эльфийка пожирающая останки). Впрочем, не смотря на свою жёсткость, он отлично романсится при игре за женского персонажа. Первое знакомство с ним, как и с другими вашими будущими товарищами, происходит не в самой приятной обстановке - в кандалах и ошейнике, в сыром грязном трюме корабля, везущего нас в место с говорящим названием форт "Радость".
К счастью, все эти события позади. А теперь, позвольте, в очередной раз крутануть глобус и отправиться в путешествие на пути к вознесению на своём корабле под ироничное закадровое замечание: "А вы-то думали, что Ривеллон плоский...".

I'm on my first playthrough of the game, and I didn't pick Ifan to join my crew. This song makes me regret that because he seems like just some guy.. at the beginning, but the ending of this song makes me think the ending of his story will be outstandingly brilliant. Amazing cover my guy, thank you!

i have to say.. next playthrough should take Ifan, Fane, and the Red Prince. i say their story is really interesting and how it comes to the end. those three are my personal favorites. (i romanced Ifan as well and his romance scenes are amazing-)

ifan have a really great story if you take it as a companion and romance , the lore with the end is very interesting you learn so much from the world you are playing into

Not really. The beginning of his story is amazing, but comes down to boredom at the end. Fane, Lohse, Red Prince and maybe Cebille (just for a couple of memorable moments) have great stories. Beast’s story isn’t too interesting, but he’s a great lad as a company. Fane is amazing as the main character - probably the most interesting story you get. Red Prince is very interesting, his story, his past, he’s the perfect Divine. Sebille can and will ruin a dozen of quests with her story jumping some NPCs and killing them. Lohse is interesting, but weird and definitely not a good choice for Divine with her demon. I walked the game through 4 or 5 times with different characters. That’s one of the best and most replayable games ever. Tho I highly recommend exploring every part of every location, finishing every quest possible - there are hardly any repetitive or boring ones. The amount of effort put into this game is astonishing.

Ifan feels like an actual tabletop D&D character, created by a veteran who already moved past their shy first trope-y attempts, their awkward edgy phase and their jokster period right into actual roleplaying a "real" person. His story feels meaningful and interesting without ever being "too much", but in a good way.
