its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

When a person has been deprived of sleep, overworked, and/or constantly working during times when your body is programmed to sleep, can cause the many things she is lodging a complaint about. Taking time off to completely rest your body and give your body the amount of sleep it desires without it being infringed upon by another(s) or something can provide a completely different behaviors. I know because this used to be my reality. The way things are going now their marriage probably won't last long nor will it be a happy one. If I was their counselor, I would advise each to return to living apart as it was prior to them moving in again. Second, I would advise each to stop discussing their relationship with family and friends, third, I would advise him to take at least two weeks of vacation time he has built to recharge his body, mind, and soul. I would advise her to take at least a week or so off from work and to put structure back into her life by first, listing the big, small, and minor things she needs to get done prior to their wedding ceremony. Divide the list into the different categories of her life: Home, wedding, first three months after marriage, school (if required), home-based job, etc whatever areas her life has. As she does laundry, clean kitchen, clean bedroom, cook, etc keep her notepad near to jot down forgotten items on the list, while she engages in these important, but not mentally consuming tasks. From these lists, under each category list things to do from urgent to menial. Fourth, both set their clocks to wake up at a specific time consistently and a specific bedtime consistently. These times should be the exact or close to the exact time they need to get up from work, the third week they will begin their counseling together making a list of points and truths they need to share during the week of counseling. This is what Id have them to do for starters, if I was the one providing counseling. During this time they need to stay off social media and cut tv viewing down to 1-2hrs per day, if at all. Just saying.

If he need sleep why go to a strip club? He's spending money somewhere Else, and his time.
