You do a fantastic job on these high current devices, I would love to hear more of the theory, particularly in the transformer design and building.

The transformer is pc40 core 49x32x20 mm the voltage is 360dc the turn of the transformer or 32 the second is 9 turn the gate driver transformer is ee25 the high side gate turn is 28turn and low is 19turn it’s a push pull pwm driver so use any ic like tl494 or ka7500 totem pole driver is need a 20kohm starting resistor is needed is don’t have isolated power supply and hugzillery required 2.5 turn

It would be nice to be able to insert other functions like in the more expensive welding machines, otherwise building it (apart from the pleasure of doing it), it is not worth it. However you are very good.

I used this scheme but my mosfet exploded after 2 minutes even though there was no load yet... What is wrong . I wrapped the primary 10 times and the secondary 4 times... Please help my brother... aka Kasyan...

I love a good DIY project, but I am confused why one would piece together such a complex assembly, all those parts surely cost 10 times what a similar welder can be bought for, and save the effort. Is there another benefit I don't see? Subscribers?

After all that work to put that thing together and you couldn't take 5 minutes to clean off the piece of metal you're trying to weld. It would have done a lot better if you did.
