Doing the coolant bypass for the TB's makes pulling the plenum nearly 30% faster, and reduces coolant leak points.

Concept Z sells a kit that helps align the plenum gasket for re-installment of the plenum.

Is that the one where they use 2 studs instead of bolts? Totally forgot that was a thing!

@@NedacSnosrap yep. The kit is $25 but I’m sure these parts can be found cheaper at hardware store. 2x M8x1.25x90mm Studs 2x M8 Flat Washers 2x M8 Lock Washers 2x M8x1.25 Nuts

Why not deleted the the egr?

I recommend doing so if you're in a state where you're able to. I don't see it being s practical removal with engine in place, but it can be done. This specific engine in the video needs rebuilt so I used it as a demonstration.

Thanks for the reply and the EGR is just bolted to the back of my motor, correct? And there’s two pipes going to the underside of my Plenum and one going to exhaust? So three pipes in total and one vacuum line?
