One year old video, but my TO bearing and spacers were incorrect like yours. It also had some ticking randomly that it would do when the clutch was out. It also tore the dust shield from the TO bearing and mashed it up where it laid in the bottom of the bellhousing. Strange nobody can assemble these correctly. I found a couple diagrams which show the correct way to install and you have it correct.

Great deal on the clutch. Did you remember to put a little grease on the pilot bearing? Doesn't need much.

you placed that circular dented piece wrongly, the original orientation was correct.

That deal on the clutch PP and throw out bearing is cheap. Have you driven the car yet? Happy with it? I wonder if those really are Sachs parts for that price
