In this video, I will show you how to make a beautiful DIY Macrame Angel in a step-by-step tutorial.
This is an advanced beginner (intermediate) tutorial so it is recommended you know the Double Half Hitch knot well prior to making this one. If you are a beginner and want to give it a go anyway, it is still slow enough for you to follow along!

Materials used:
1) 2mm single strand cord
2) 1 x 2" wooden ring
3) 1 large bead

03:21 - Step #1 : Attach a 50 cm cord onto the ring with a Reverse Lark's Head knot and then thread the large hole bead through the cord ends.
03:55 - Step #2 : Bring the cord ends to the opposite side of the ring and secure the ends with Double Half Hitch ("DHH") knots.
04:59 - Step #3 : Tie a large Overhand knot at ends of the cord-ends.
05:35 - Step #4 : Attach 2 x 75 cm cords onto the right side of the ring with Reverse Lark's Head knots.
06:09 - Step #5 : Make 2 consecutive rows of DHH knots to the right.
07:22 - Step #6 : Take the second cord from the left as a anchor cord for 2 DHH knots to the right then 2 DHH knots back to the left.
08:09 - Step #7 : Make 2 consecutive rows of DHH knots to the left.
09:13 - Step #8 : Add 2 more Leaf patterns on the right side.
09:39 - Step #9 : Make 3 Leaf patterns on the left-side.
14:01 - Step #10 : Comb through all vertical strands of cord
14:38 - Step #11 : Weave the bottom 2 tassels on both sides through the back of the ring to the front.
15:31 - Step #12 : Gather the front and back tassels together and secure with a 40 cm cord as a working cord for a Gathering knot.
17:30 - Step #13 : Comb through the tassel and trim off excess cord ends.
17:54 - Outro
