Looks great. The one thing I would add would be a 3/4" x 3/4" piece of wood in the corners of the feet. It would increase the surface area of the bottom of the feet, to allow for floor protector pads, reduce the chance of denting delicate floors by the weight of a heavy bookshelf and increase the bonding strength of the two 3/8" pieces making up the legs. I realize the legs are more than strong enough if the bookshelf stayed in place, but many people like to rearrange their furniture regularly. The legs might need a little help to survive rough movers :)

Nice!! But I have many many books. I'd prefer to use a hardboard for the back make it taller and have more shelves.

Great project Wes. I have been thinking of what style bookcase to build. This is very pleasant to the eye. Could you share where you purchased the plywood you used and the name of it? Thanks

Thank you for your comment...glad you enjoyed the video. I purchased the plywood from my local hardwood lumber supplier. I am sure that it is available under different names with different suppliers. Please review the video for the description I gave, before you make your purchase. Thanks, Wes

That's what I thought. If that's correct then it doesn't set a good example and 2 weeks later no response 😢
