I've just copied this exactly in my Subaru Outback, getting ready for a trip around Oz later this year. It cost me $20 for the net and about $5 for the occy straps. Thanks for the awesome videos!

@@ONLYBEAST-rd1yj It's a cargo net to secure your load on a trailer. You should be able to find them in your hardware store 👍

This one is a 1.8m x 1.2m net (6x4ft) then folded to make it smaller. Any brand should work.

Thank you exactly what I was searching for. FYI the red cord is a bungee cord. Maybe I could use a lighter to make the zip tied ends less dangerous. 🏕️🥾🧭🗺️

Brilliant, my vehicle only has three handles and been looking for a ceiling net, didn't think of hooking it on the visor

You can melt the zip ties with a lighter to take the sharp edge off too

are you still using this? How much did it sag with items placed in?

Yes I am still using it. It never sagged but I only keep jackets, jerseys, some towels and small pillows when we go camping. I don't store overly big or heavy items.

@@ruggedlife I have the sunroof in mine... any ideas for installing to the rear end (specifically how to latch it to the trunk end where there is no handles or anything)

@@davidthomas6949 you need to remove the plastic trim on the c panel right at the back and figure out where you can attach a bolt to mount it onto.

What's the name of your local hardware store where you bought the net? I'm very interested to by. Or please give the name of the net so I can look it up on Google. All I know is it's a net for trailers. Could you please be more specific so I can look for one??? I need your help so I can find one, thanks.

@@kara3005 I bought it from Bunnings. If you go in their website. Bunnings australia and search for Lion trailer net with hooks. It measures 1.2m x 1.8m. That's exactly what I have.
