This time I 3d print some discontinued window trim for my 1994 S10 Blazer, using my Ender 3 Pro, and Tinkercad. This is the first 3d printed car part I've made, that I have designed myself.

Glad you like them! Thank you again for the purchase! I've had the 1st set on my Blazer for 18+ months now and they're still holding up well. It's been sitting outside in the Florida sun and heat the whole time. Just make sure to clean the area on the door well, then peel off the square piece of tape to fill that cavity, then stick them on.

I used PETG not PLA, but it is still holding up pretty well. Actually made an update video on the trim, and a few other parts a couple months ago. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d8uanaZilduVZIU.html

i was searching google for rear door parts for my first gen blazer when i found this video. seems like the rear doors never existed on these trucks! i have a set of these in my ebay cart now! have you found rear door window seals yet? i am coming up empty on every site!

I know right? I don't think anyone makes the window channel rubber for the rear doors. My rear door window seals are in pretty good shape, fortunately The inner rear door seal is the standard stuff, cut to fit, same as the front. I do still need to replace those on the rear. I did the front inners along with the full window channels and it was a big improvement.
