I’m going to decoupage some beautiful lavender rice paper on a stylish round glass bottle. I’ll add a fineline crackle and finish it off by antiquing the cracks with purple mica powder. This bottle is easy to make and is definitely a showstopper! I’ll show you all the BEST Tips and Tricks for outstanding results every time. Everything is explained in DETAIL and made EASY with step-by-step follow along instructions! It’ll be fun! Let’s make a mess!

I have a maple syrup bottle, that would be perfect! Looks like we’re eating waffles for dinner and pancakes for breakfast! 😂😂😂 This is so pretty!!! Question: I tried decoupaging a quote onto a painting that I made, and the quote bled. Is there a way to prevent the ink from bleeding? (I’m an amateur resin artist, but pottery is my forté.)

Hi there. I answered you in a comment from another video. For some reason this comment disappeared and I wasn't able to answer you. But it just popped in. Enjoy all those pancakes and waffles! You need to spray it with a matte clear sealer and let it dry for about an hour and then your ink shouldn't run or bleed. I left you a link in the earlier comment response. Hi Donna! Watching from metro Denver, where it's snowing, windchill 16 degrees. Brrr... On the Fineline Crackle, do you apply thin coats or thick coats, and approx. the same amount of each to your project or is one applied with a thicker coat? Thanks!

Hi Merry! It's always so nice to hear from you. Oh boy, you are in really cold country, aren't you? It's a little chilly here today, but not like that. In Las Vegas, if it gets under 50 degrees we cry like babies 🤣 The first component is rather thick so it goes on slightly thick. I don't try to make it thicker, I just put on a coat like you would paint. The second component is a little thinner. I make sure to put that on in an even thin coat. It's an amber color and if you get a thick build up in a certain area, you'll be able to see it when it dries. Make sure you don't get any drips, you'll see them too. It's a fabulous product. One of my favorites. Decoupagenapkins.com is going to be getting a stock of the fineline crackle in smaller sizes now. So it'll be less expensive to take it for a test run, if you don't have it yet.
