Hi dear! You did fabulous job, just wanted to know did you prepare your table before painting like primer or something? Or did you use wax after painting it or just simple painting gave this awesome look.

Always lightly sand the wood, use a coat of primer and then paint as normal. 😎

Hi this was brilliant to watch. Only question I have is, what do you do under the table with the extra plastic sticking up from hairdrying? It just looks like it sticking out.

For me, I personally left it because it's far enough under the table that people have never noticed it ... but you may be able to get the hairdyer on it and flatten it again, OR if you start off by cutting the vinyl way bigger than you need, then the overhang will be further under the table. Hope this helps ❤
