Yes, we definitely learn a ton. We did hours of research and spent a lot of time on the 4link calculator and all the numbers turned out well. Then it came to the real fun part turning all those numbers to an actual physical piece that we built out of scrap steel. It has been tons of fun so far. Thanks man. It’s going to be a 1” drop at the center. I had to drop it down a bit just to fit the transfer case. I think that’s why most companies make bigger drops just to fit powertrain.

We just did a lot of calc on the 4 link calculator. And then figured out from there how to get as close to the number on the calculator

So the frame side links are a lot harder to figure out. Without diving down the rabbit hole too much, the frame mounts are what actually control your antisquat numbers. I was shooting for an anti squat value of around 60-70%. And after working in the 4 link calculator that I pulled from crawlpedia.com the numbers I got that worked best was 4.5” so we set them there. I have heard others say that you can get away with doing 10% of tire size on the frame mounts separation you should be good. But I wanted to do a more tired and true way of doing it.
