Tutorial How to make a Face Mask with Filter Pocket and Nose Bridge. No need for a printer as I include the simple measurements. If your a beginning this is the perfect video for you to follow along. Takes about 10 minutes to make. These fabric face mask are reusable Washable and easy to breathe. This mask will fit a variety of faces because it has pleats that expand. You just need to add more or less elastic.

When you do the elastic channel make sure you put ride sides together (printed sides) so when flipped around the right color is on the outside. I absolutely love the finished product. Very easy to follow.

Your Welcome! Your going to love the June Tailor quilter cut n press. It makes it so much easier when its close to the sewing machine. This should fit men as well you will have to add more elastic. Though there might be some adjustments you have to do if they have a wider face. Then just add more to the sides. If they have a longer face then just add more to the bottom.

The June Tailor board is wonderful. I use the large board at home and I bought a smaller board to take to workshops. The boards are made to last, too; I've had mine about 15 years.

Thank You so much. Depending on the age and width of their face. you can try printing at 90% and see if you have to make smaller.

@@Lelesdesigns for this particular design there was no pattern. It had a specific size. I kind of guessed how to make it bigger. I don't know how to make it smaller. My family loved this design the best. Thank you 😊

I'm sorry I forgot this one did not have a pattern. I would say measure across child face from ear tragus to ear tragus and that will give you width. the length measure from top of nose to the under the chin double that measurement.

You’re welcome 😊 The sewing machine I use is a Singer Quantum XL-6000 its an embroidery and sewing machine. I purchased mine in 2005 I love it and sorry to say they discontinue selling them.

I thought the nose piece was supposed to be removable for washing...so I have been struggling to design something that can come out.

If you like to remove nose piece. you will see at 5:47 I tell you to place nose piece and sew straight across. Instead of going straight across. sew straight across to about 3" stop and back stitch. Lift your needle and presser foot. move your fabric about a 1/4" put your presser foot down, start sewing straight across and don' forget to back stitch in the beginning. by leaving a 1/4 opening you will be able to slide your nose piece in and out. I hope this makes sense.
