We have ventured into the realm of pigs and now we have to feed them! Here is our take on a gravity fed bulk pig feeder that will hopefully make caring for hogs while working a full time job a little more feasible!

This is great. I need to build something similar. How much feed are you going through a week with this feeder??

It works great but make sure you use screws not nails or the pigs will pry pieces off of it. AND T post it to the ground. Learned that lesson the hard way.😂 With 6 pigs it would average about 42lbs per day (7ish lbs of feed per pig per day). I could fit about 7- 50lbs bags in it and at the end of the week it would still have roughly about 1 bag left in it.

Better fasten it down because pigs will move it all over the yard when they get bigger

Yeah I was considering staking a t post on each side when it becomes a problem. Just left it ungrounded for now to move it around when the ground starts getting to mucked up like how it was starting to look in the video. Thank you for watching!
