'Nice Box!',... 'Thanks, I just built it!'... You might want to look into installing a fold down footrest on the forward side to take the pressure off the back of your legs. (Especially for the short guy!')

Well done on the Helm seat base/Laundry facility. All you need now is a sign on the back of it saying "We don't do Duvets" !
