DIY Homemade 40 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake Bending 1/8in Thick Steel

4 жыл бұрынBending a full length (63 inches) of 1/8 inch thick mild steel plate on my home built hydraulic press brake. This machine is powered by two 20 ton air over hydraulic jacks. The jacks are plumbed together and operate fairly evenly. I can operate the jacks individually if necessary to keep the bending bar level. No hesitation from the machine during this bend. Will try the machine target of 4ft of 3/16in thick material next

Would you be willing to share your designs and cut files that you used on the plasma table I'm needing to build a press brake would love to build one like yours yes I have a cnc plasma table

Just ordered 4 of these jacks for the one I am building . maybe I gone overboard lol . Want to bend 5 mm steel plate 5 ft long
