So the converse shoes you're working on are canvas material, right? Have you tried this on other kinds of sneakers that might not have as smooth/ideal of a surface like these or different material with a different finish? Thinking to do this on Nike shoes. Amazing job!! This glue that you used, is that straight out of the tube, or you have to mix A & B ? How long does this glue stay liquid before it harden, I am asking to know if you could do this job with just one syringe?

Hi! Thank you so much! I put the glue inside the syringe for a cleaner and more precise job, I have seen they sell the tips to put directly on the glue tube, but I don't like that way because the tube is chunkier/heavier to hold the whole time and (I think) will make it dry inside the tube faster. I have left syringes with glue for 12 hours and can continue using them without problems, but after 24 hours the glue starts to harden/become like gum and less fluid. Whenever I finish the glue in the syringe I'm able to refill it about 3-4 times before it becomes worn out and then use a new syringe. Hope it helps! 💖

@@cocopuss7833 I haven't but the e6000 is pretty strong and it says you can use it on leather: "Use on leather, wood, metal, concrete, glass, ceramics, plastic, vinyl, rubber and fabric." How many rhinestones did it take to complete both shoes?

Hi!! I didn’t count exactly 🙈 but it was around 1.5 packages of the ss20 size (each package has 1,440 rhinestones) and probably around half package of the ss10 size (that package also had 1,440 Swarovski crystals) you can find the list and links of everything I used here: missylookss.com/how-to-bling-converse

Hi Yolande! check how much you will spend on supplies, this number will change a lot depending if you are using Swarovski crystals or just generic rhinestones from amazon (here I share where you can get both: missylookss.com/how-to-bling-converse) then estimate the hours it will take you to finish and decide what will be your hourly rate (a number that will make you feel really good) there are clients for every price point so your hourly rate depends completely on how you want to value your time and abilities. For example, on Etsy you can find very similar bling sneakers go from to $150 to $650 USD. Hope this helps! xo

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. Please dont forget to read back of E6000 packaging for health risks of using it. I bought some to use and discovered that glue has a lot of health risks.

Thank you! and 100% agree, that makes me so sad and haven't found a non toxic alternative that works as good and fast :( so, besides using it in a well ventilated space wearing a mask/respirator like these: amzn.to/3ECPNEt is a good idea to avoid getting directly exposed.

@@MissyLookss Gorilla Glue is a bit less smelly it holds well. It is a gray tube as well and you do not have to add water like most Gorilla glues.

Hi Sherri!! 💖 it depends on the size of the crystals you'll be using, the bigger the rhinestones the faster you'll finish. Using a Mix of ss20 and ss16 (medium size) to bling out just the toe, in my personal experience would take around 20 minutes per shoe (40 minutes the pair). Hope that helps! xo
