In this tutorial, I will show you step by step how to make a home made T Bar Row. Here's what I used from material:
Material used :
Metal Box 50x50x2 mm times 2 25cm in length
Metal Box 50x50x2 mm times 1 15cm in length
Metal Box 50c50x2 mm times 1 5cm in length
Metal Pipe Ø5/4 27cm in length
Screw M10x70mm
Screw M8x50mm
Nut M10
Nut M8
Welding with a mig machine. 0.8 mm thick wire.
