Greetings David Varela, It sounds decent, and probably better than the stock unit. Definitely not bad at all... I suppose that it's no match for a high end car sterero, but it's ok for most people. Nevertheless, I would not think of it as an audiophile's choice.

Greetings Jota Gonçalves, Blue&me is an independent unit (located in the black box, under the radio), that uses the main head unit only as an output device (audio in for speakers). Audio out from the blue&me unit, is the yellow connector that plugs into the radio (audio in). So the sort answer is, yes it does work independently :-)

Greetings Teodor Petkov, What do you mean "car is not in contact" ??? Doesn't make any sense. Contact with who / what? The HU works, when power is present. In my 159 the +12v is alive, only with the key in place. The HU sleeps, when the main power line dies (uses the car stereo memory preservation voltage, for its hibernation mode)

@@SteliosLiver I mean, when you insert the key, I have to press the start button once and then it starts, but when I turn it off, even if the key is inside, the media doesn't start. (I think it might be because it goes through a canbus)

​ @Teodor Petkov My works exactly like the factory unit. Powers on at the insertion of the key and the motor off, at 12.5V => I can use it with engine off (not a good idea thought). When I press the start button, the HU receives 13.7 to 13.9V (much better). If I press the stop button, the HU enters in sleep mode. I can either press the "power on" in its panel, to power it on again, or remove and reenter the key. The only thing I think of, is that you might have insufficient voltage with the engine off. (old battery?) Either that, or a connection problem. CanBus has nothing to do with booting/exiting sleep mode.

Greetings andreamarcelli3 , **The removal of default unit with the blue&you, requires a new proxy alignment.** The installation of an aftermarket HU (or any aftermarket audio source), is not configured as car default hardware, and therefore has nothing to do with the proxy settings.
