I had been checking out KZfaq for a holster project for my wife's .22 revolver. I wanted to make her something special for her birthday/retirement gift. After seeing your video I headed to the garage to get the project started. It wasn't too long until I saw a beautiful holster come alive. Thanks to your video I was able to get it done a lot easier. As soon as I have a little time I will make one for myself as well. Thanks my friend and GOD BLESS!

Excellent. I love seeing folks do everything by hand.

Nice rig and break down on building it. I’m in the process of figuring this out and it’s a pain to get the measurements correct. Thanks for sharing, cheers.

Hi Donald, a very nice video and step by step instructions on how to make a holster for revolvers. As soon as I have my revolver, I will also build such a holster. I already have experience with leatherwork as I have made several knife sheaths. Many greetings from Austria, Hans

That’s nice no real expensive tools needed. Gonna give it try for 8 “. 1858 Remington. Thanks

What weight leather did you use? I want to make a holster and trying to determine how thick the leather should be.

Isn’t it best to allow leather to dry prior to stitching?

That is really nice. Do you sell things you make?
@donaldporta9 ай бұрын
no, most items are just gifted not enough time for production.
