I experienced COVID that lasted a good 11 days. I thought I was ok but I started to lose more hair than usual. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body went through during that time period and also the shampoo I had been using. Couldn't stop myself from commenting...first of all thank you so much for this helpful video I'm actually dealing with hair fall, dryness, itchy scalp, roughness and ofcourse dandruff.. Because of my busy schedule I don't get time to take care of my hair so I was planning to have keratin treatment also somewhere I'm afraid of the chemicals which they use.. but now I can do my own keratin treatment at home without wasting any money outside 😍 looking forward for more such helpful videos

Time Saving: 1/2 bowl udad dal with double water - leave it for overnight or 3h 4 tbsp curd 2 tbsp alovera gel 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 curd castor oil Mix that is properly then apply on whole hair after that use one time comb and leave it for 45 mints and 1 h and wash of your shampoo. This procedure follow in a month

Nope! Just avoid any heat treatment. It causes dry hair and split ends.

Thank You So Much Sir मेरे बाल बोहोत खराब हुये है. अलग अलग शाम्पू यूज किये कुछभी फरक नही और हेअर फॉल भी बहोत हो रहा है. अभी आपने बताया ओ ट्राय करके देखती हूं. Thank You Sir
