Rather than bend out the castor, you could also heat gun the pvc and press it flatter on either side. Bending the metal will weaken it, but realistically probably a non issue. I am going to make one of these, thanks for the tutorial

Interesting idea about heating and flattening the PVC. I haven't noticed any issues with bending the metal castor, but that's a great suggestion.👍

Yeah that's what I thought too. It's a great option and honestly I like it so much more than my Titan landmine attachment!

I combined this method and mounted my Titan land mine to a Harbor Freight castor swivel. No pvc, tho I’m sure it works well.

Homie, that Titan landmine is not bolted on right. It’s supposed to slide over the rack. Unless the holes don’t match up?

The one you already had on your rack is just mounted wrong, it is suppose to install on the vertical part of your rack not the horisontal, if you do that it works perfectly fine 😉

Thanks for pointing it out. Someone else pointed that out and I moved it. However, even after mounting it correctly, I prefer this DIY solution over the Titan landmine.

Thanks! It's holding up great. The only thing I'd do differently would be to wrap the PVC in black gorilla tape instead of spray painting. The spray paint scratches off pretty easily. However, comparing it to my Titan landmine, I like it a lot more. The DIY version moves so much more freely!
