From my experience this will need to be applied on at least on yearly basis or even every 6 months.

So question, we all know that Stucco is a porous material. Since you sealed the stucco 4 inches up, my question is .. when the rain hits the stucco above that line and seeps into the stucco and rolls down the black paper, Hopefully that’s behind the stucco which is the actual waterproofing membrane…Where does that water go now that it has rolled all the way down past the four-inch level of the sealer. It seems to me that you would not want to seal the stucco because now that water is trapped with no way out other than hydrostatic pressure pulling it into the house or the osb sucking it now causing a larger issue of mold and rot… Was there something done such as weep holes put in below the sealer? Thank you!

When u apply the sealer all around the deck under gap between the walls and balcony floor, will this not interfere with the normal drainage of rain water behind the stucco because you have plugged up the drainage holes at the metal flashing at the button of the stucco wall?
