Finally after 9 months I'm back at it again finishing my balcony with Liquid Rubber.
In this video I start off where I left off and begin with cleaning the balcony, laying the Liquid Rubber Primer, laying down some of the textile to soften the non-desired concrete features, then I finish with laying 3 heavy coats of Liquid Rubber and talking about some lessons learned.

That's an interesting use... I can say I think it has a cool texture to it on my feet since it's rubber.

You might put the primer down wet 1st under the textile then top coat it immediately upon rolling it?

I wanted to use LR (Liquid Rubber) brand products but can't find it anywhere except by delivery online. Where did you get yours? Thanks.

Can I use this liquid over my vinyl deck, that is wear and tear now?

I don't recall seeing anyone use it on a vinyl deck, but Liquid Rubber appears to go over any solid base. Recommend reaching out to the company.

After using it, my guess is this works on most surfaces, but I'd recommend calling the company first.

How many sqft is your balcony? Wondering what the final coverage rate is per gallon? I am planning on 30 sqft per gallon but have more than I need! Not sure if i can go heavier to use up everything

SEMCO Liquid Membrane is NOT durable and it’s adhesiveness is very questionable. Despite following the exacting instructions of the manufacturer, I had numerous locations on my deck where it is coming up. I sent pictures to the company and asked for a refund but was rejected. Then they just quit communicating. I am having to go through the Nevada Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to get resolution of this matter.
