Here is a small pot, diameter 7 cm, height 6 cm. I used thin cord. If your cord will be thicker, you need to take cords longer than 250 cm. For a 3mm thick cord, I recommend taking a cord length of 280cm.

Thanks for the cute tutorial! I made it with 3mm cord and cut it to 200cm and it was a little too short (should've gone about 230cm) but I made it work!

I wish I read this before begging, was too short the length of the cord, I used 3 mm but a 7 cm wood ring... What do I have to do if I want it for a larger pot? This fit me for a 8 cm pot. Thanks

If using 5mm, you will need 300 cm cords for the strings size. Or it just ends up being veryyy small.

Получилось не совсем красиво потому что 4 крайние верёвки с каждой стороны по 2 оказались короткими и кашпо получилось коротковатым ,а в общем большое спасибо за хорошую подачу урока 😊

Скажите пожалуйста, длина шнура 160 , это когда он в двое сложен? Поэтому что, я делаб уже не первый раз, по вашему видео, и всегда не хватает шнура. Очень обидно 😢, так как приходится отмерять заново , а с короткими придумывать , что делать. Пожалуйста ответьте, так как проблема с этим не только у меня

смотря какой у вас шнур, здесь у меня тонкий шнур и само кашпо очень маленькое, если шнур толще, то и длина будет больше

As someone who is brand new to this, it wasn't too difficult. HOWEVER, this holder is not meant for anything larger than a 2" pot. You'd be pushing it at 3". I was able to put my TC Billietiae in a toddler dinner cup and use it. Anyone have another pattern similar except MUCH bigger?

I had a hard time with that part as well. I slowed the play back speed way down so I could see exactly what their fingers were doing and that really helped me.

I used 3mm cord and 170cm lengths. 4 of my lines were too short to complete. A y advice please?

I also used 3mm cord and cut them at 80" (203cm) and the 4 outer cords for the twists were still too short. I'm facing the same dilemma. I don't want to cut all 8 cords really long because then there is a lot more waste. I only wish to cut the 4 outer twist cords longer, but don't know how to identify in which order to place them on the ring.
