Custom homemade mini bike build series pt 3 (metal tabs construction and universal ideas for all mini bike builds). The custom mini bike frame jig was pt 1, frame bending was pt 2, and this is pt 3 where I nearly finish the frame and go into build plans for many different mini bike build ideas, with free download plans coming to MeGoingFast.com soon for a quick and easy mini bike build on a first diy mini bike build.

I see you got the same blue grips I got.I had to put gorilla glue on the inside of the throttle side of the grip because it kept slipping out.That’s a really strong bike.

Thank you for your videos. I’ve done a lot of fab’ing over the years for different mechanical companies but I was clueless when it came to ratios/ clutch’s/ etc. I’m having fun w a small Coleman I’m putting a 212 in the place of a 99cc. I’ve built the 99 as far as I can. No mod parts for the 99 At 119$ (212)cheaper to just replace it ! I appreciate all the info in your videos. I’m subscribed and telling people to check you out! ✌️

Rather than the carbide for opening the bearing holes, try a flap sander. It'll give finer control and you'd be less likely to accidentally get out of round grinding. Also, you should really swap which sides the brake levers are on.

Install zerk fittings so u could grease ur driven pulley bearings with a grease gun.. I had a tote gote with zerk fittings on everything wheels,head, & the driven pulley was on the pivot point for the rear swing arm. Full suspension 8 hp L head The coolest minibike ive ever had my hands on.

Just make a multi detent lockable footrest swingarm. Slim profile that will allow the foot rests to change position

Yes, but only forever in every video and never taken off. You never know when you're going to spontaneously jump on a fast camel and run through the woods!

I heard he looks like Thor's not so distant but underdeveloped doppelganger, the roids had a bad effect early on and produced accelerated super acne. He has since sworn he will never reveal himself to the outside world and committed to wearing a helmet to hide his grossly deformed identity....it's also been rumored he is an alligator person.

Awesome build! How do you like the duromax vs tillotson? Was thinking tillotson 225?

well, Tillotson doesn't put out a 440cc that will be putting out over 22HP and just under 30 ft lbs of torque with only minor mods... so I don't know if there's a good comparison on this one. ;)

Predator, available locally with 13hp only at harbor freight, 18+ ft lbs torque, cost $399 sometimes has coupon for less has electric start. Duromax $379 with electric start but $339 without and available from tractor supply, Lowes, and Amazon with free shipping to home giving it decent return ability. Rated at 18hp and 26+ ft lbs of torque it's in a league of it's own. Uses many of the same Honda clone 390 aftermarket parts.

@@megoingfast thanks for the tips, never knew that just have seen a lot of hype around tillotson. I am assuming this takes an40 series tc and does a juggernaut fit on this or what would you recommend?

@@TheBiliken 40, but hoping the 44 fits as well with design for more power. Parts just cost so much to test them all. Juggernaut is 3/4" driver and shaft is 1" unless there's a new juggernaut for 1" I haven't seen?

Controversial. I'd like to do more when I I have a much higher sub count, but when your sub count is lower and a higher sub count channel does it "differently" all you get is grief. I was planning to do a little detail in the next video of the build series though. Needed a part, might be able to throw some info in.
