You're so lovely ☺️ Fingers crossed it will be repaired soon! Just in case, in the description there's a link to IG video what seeing machine stitches you can use instead of a serger. Although serger is so much quicker and sewing machine will never beat the stretchy-ness of a serger 🥺

Can you pull it up on the arms to use as a cowl neck

You definitely can use that wrap detail to cover your shoulders and do sort of a cowl neck style. However, the cut and the sleeves still stay at like mid shoulder level, if that makes sense. In case if you decide to do it as a cowl neck, skip stitching on that elastic band otherwise it will be visible 🤗
