Hi guys! Welcome back to my channel :) In today's bonus video (yay!!) I'm sharing how I make little essential oil rollers. It's SO easy and really fun to play around & come up with your own blends! I've gotten a lot of questions about how I make them, here I get the supplies, and what my favorites are, so I'm sharing all of that in this one video! Hope you guys enjoy! xx

Love all the essential oil videos! Keep them coming :) ... I think it is best for essential oils to be in bottles like the first two to protect them. I believe light breaks them down in a clear bottle?

Thanks for the video! I see that my kit (I got 1 year ago) didn't have Purification or RC, but did have Citrus Fresh and Raven instead. I'll be sure to get those two so I have the basics to work from. I'm going to try these recipes!

I added peace & calming II to the lavender and cedarwood blend and it's AMAZING! It puts me to sleep almost immediately which is a miracle for me!

Would you consider doing a video on how to clean/take care of your diffusers? I am just getting started and the thing I don't understand is how to clean my diffuser every time I want to switch to use different oils, like how well I need to clean it between scents.

Could you do a video on oils you use on Hayden and how you use them for example diluting them for her verses yourself. Feeling kind of lost on roller bottles for babies since I used one of mine on my daughter and she had a reacting. So now I am terrified of using oils topically on her. She has had no react to any oil diffused in the air.

I would be really careful about adding 20 or more drops of essential oil in a 10ml bottle. Essential oils of course you know are very potent, if you're using a 100% pure EO vs synthetic fragrance oils those are different cuz they're not pure they're just water down chemicals. Using too much can cause skin irritation,burns & other issues. In a class I took for aromatherapy working on my certification, I was taught one drop of essential oil per 10 drops of carrier oil. That's a good beginners way to learn how to dilute so that you don't use too much. It's not as easy as just throwing a bunch of oil together to make it smell the way you want it to, that's a mistake people make. There are dilutions charts to help people out . xoxo Happy oiling

Yes!!! Thank you! Proper dilution is important! It kills me when I see people post their roller recipes with 20 plus drops in a 10 ml and use them on kids. I use 1% dilution on my kids and it works just fine for me. That’s 1-2 drops of oil in a 10 ml roller. It kills me even more when they use them neat. But I usually keep my comments to myself. I feel good in the fact I use oils safely with me and my family. If people use them improperly that is their choice.

I'm also really confused about this. Since YL seems to be the best and have the most potent EO, I don't understand why most recipes call for a very high dilution while other brands that are seemingly less potent (as what YL people would say), call for a lower number of drops. I've only used YL so I have no idea how less of a potent version other brands are.

How do you get oils to come out fast ? When i try to make rollers it takes a long time for each drop to come out😔 BYW thank you for this new rollers I need to order like 2 oils to be able to make all 3 rollers Thanks again 😍

Mirella Gonzalez , there are some oils that are thicker than others like vetiver. I roll the bottle between my palms to warm up the oil a little bit for easy to pass the hole.

Plus a shot of carrier oil to tbe rest of the botl. Helps to move it on the skin. 🔺For a 10 ml.botl...you could use 10 drops of 1 essential oil...@ 10 more drops of another.,to add to ur 10ml botl. THEN finish off w ur Carrier oil. IF u decide to use a smaller 5ml.Botl...just add 10 drops of a scent( mix, whatever) then fill rest of roller botl.w ur cartier oil. U CAN BILL ME LATER.😄😍😉 Gave you the Basics ...Peace Not War For our USA.

just a note, I live near the companies that make Young Essential and Do Terra and I would basically it's apples and oranges, one company is simply not better than the other, you'll find combinations that you like with one company and the same in another company. Just remember these companies make very potent oils, and there is a video that was on Netflix lately that talked about a woman who ingested a specific type of oil because said that you could, however she became very, very sick and they become caustic and poisoned her, so literally, don't use the oils without a proper knowledge, first and then do more research. This is a science, which because it is not studied and regulated by the FDA, it's up to the individual to do their own comprehensive study. I used a cream with Clary Sage and within 2 min. in a medium size living area, 3 of us got a headache, it was used for that time of the money. Also becareful using lavender oil to get kids to sleep, you do not need very much in a tub or on a pillow, very, limited amount, it can do the opposite if you do not know how to use. The problem with these great companies is that they do not teach people that oils can be dangerous, and people have gotten sick, I have nothing against any companies, and I know that these 2 companies make pure and potent products, be study first.
