In this video I will show you how to make a cartoon style penguin using balloon and newspaper. The making process of the penguin is very simple and we using waste materials for making. Because of the making cost of the penguin is less. We can use this penguin as a toy for kids. Students can use this as a school project.

3. Plaster of Paris
4. Acrylic paint
5. White paper
6. Cardboard
7. White glue
