Hi, If you get heat n bond or hem tape you can fold over the top of your fabric to make a small pocket (like a curtain rod goes through) and put the top pipe through the fabric before you attach it..That way you can move it like a curtain to adjust it.

They cut it for me, this lady at home depot was rude and told me that they couldn't and walked away leaving me clueless 😭. How I was going to fit it in a small compact car? They do cut it for you. I just had to get someone else.
